All conference events, with the exception of the Friday and Saturday main meetings, will be held at the San Ramon Marriott. While our room block and room rate at the main hotel are full, you may still be able to book a room at the full price.
On Friday and Saturday nights, the main meetings will be held at the Alameda County Fairgrounds (see map below).
Please note: ALL bookings of standard rooms are King Beds! If you want more people in your room, you must specify a request for a DOUBLE ROOM in your reservation under ADDITIONAL REQUESTS. Inventory of doubles are limited. Once depleted, people who SPECIFY a double bed under ADDITIONAL REQUESTS will be issued a roll away bed. Roll away beds are limited too! The double rooms OR roll aways will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. Priority is for those staying at the hotel for the ENTIRETY of the conference (Thur-Sun). Booking early will increase your chance of getting the room type you want!
